Four members of an apocalyptic cult, having sold off most of their earthly goods and sent their families to Cleveland, are holed up in their compound to await the end of the world. At the precise moment doom is expected to arrive, there’s a knock at the door: a pizza delivery guy with a large pepperoni pizza. Is the apocalypse in the box? As the cultists start to argue over its contents, could it be that the apocalypse has arrived right on schedule?
