Meet an early-morning jogger, a lonely short-wave radio DJ, a modern Romeo and Juliet, a most unusual letter-writer and many other teen characters, who, through a series of scenes and monologues, as they search for connection and navigate their fears and dreams in that magical hour between night and morning.
